Even with the tiny hiccups, me and my friends had a great night stay celebrating our friend’s bachelor party. Very room is the pool room! My friends loved it and the backyard was so spacious to do bbq. I would recommend to my friends or anyone whoever want to do a small gathering at this place and I too looking to come back and stay again in the future. Thanks Villa 23!

A really great place to host gathering and party for big groups. It has ample space and enough mattresses to accommodate up to 25pax. This place has the greatest hospitality with the owner being very friendly and helpful whenever we have any request without any additional charge. We had never met any owner as nice and helpful as this one. Thank you so much for hosting us!!

The owner is so kind and really emphasises the true meaning of hospitality. Additionally, the house was spot on and very well equipped with the necessary things to call it a temporary home. It was way better than I had expected it to be and if it was possible, I’d rate this property 6 stars due to its strategic location from the city, NSK supermarket, the spaciousness and cleanliness of the property as well as the hospitality of the owner who graciously assisted me throughout the entire booking period without haste. Such owners are hard to find and I would just like to congratulate her on a job well done and for being an essential role towards the success of my party. Thank you boss! Perfect place to accommodate a big group of people. Karaoke system, arcade games, mahjong table, pool table, pool with slide and plenty of board games. If you are looking space for parties or gathering, this house would be one of the good option around Batu Ferringhi area. The host is really helpful, he helped us to arrange last min pick up to airport.

This place is absolutely amazing, we pretty much spent the whole time in the house. Enjoyed our time there, perfect for big group of friends as well as family gathering. Our favorite spot is the pool, it was heated so swimming at night was perfect. Overall satisfied with the place!

Amazing apartment at the highest floor! The sky pool n rooftop gym deck is just one level up! Love the scenery and chilling at the place. Most importantly the unit is clean and well equipped. One of the staff members from Vale Pine kindly came to meet me upon arrival into KL at the hotel and to show me the room. I had booked upon very short notice and they were able to have everything sorted out for me, including an early check in. Apartment is absolutely amazing and hosts were great also. Highly recommended!
